Marching Concert Jazz
In 2010-11 all Southside Bands earned straight superior ratings in marching, concert, and sightreading assessments. We also had 94 students earn places in the all-region band and 15 students earn places in the all-region jazz band. We had 49 students earn places in the all state band (a record for any school) and 6 earn places in the all-state jazz band. Students also earned over 300 medals at solo and ensemble. What a year for the Southside Band!!!
